Access to Telephone Banking was restored at 8:25 am EST.
Our core accounting system underwent an upgrade on Tuesday, March 14th starting at 5:30 pm EST. The system was restored at 8:40 pm EST.
Purchase and cash withdrawal limits for ATM and Visa check cards were subject to reduced limits, typically between $200 and $300.
Visa Platinum Credit Card access and the CardNav and SecurLOCK Equip mobile apps were not affected by this planned outage.
