APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR MEMBER SERVICE OR OTHER TRANSACTIONS.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, LM Federal Credit Union’s most urgent priority has been the safety of our associates and members and we have adhered to guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Recently, the CDC issued new guidance for individuals who have been fully vaccinated. Based on the CDC’s science-based guidance and the input of our Board of Directors, we are updating our mask policy in a way that balances our values of safety and respect.

• Starting May 27, fully vaccinated Members and fully vaccinated employees no longer need to wear a mask in the office.
• Non-vaccinated associates will be required to wear a mask.
• We request that non-vaccinated members continue to wear a mask.
• And we will continue to respect the choice of individuals who prefer to continue to wear a mask.

To ensure the safety of our members and staff, we have installed acrylic shields at the teller windows and service desks.

Additional safety measures will be implemented to include the following:

  • Lobby floor markers are present to designate safe social distancing
  • Non-touch hand sanitizer at each teller window and the lobby check desk
  • Other precautions to avoid or minimize contact risk, including frequent wipe downs of all member contact points.

We encourage members to continue to call to make an appointment if you need personal service with a new account or loan specialist. Appointments are not required.
We reserve the right to refuse service to those that are not willing to comply with our safety measures.
