Account Access Issue of February 28th - March 1st - RESOLVED

Online, Mobile & Telephone Banking Service Issue:

Due to a system issue, member access to Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking was not available from approximately 10 pm EST on Wednesday the 28th until shortly after 8 am EST this morning, March 1st.
During this period Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Telephone Banking allowed users to login but account balances, transaction history and the ability to post transactions were not available.
Access to Internet Bill Payment and use of member ATM and Visa check cards were available as usual during this period.

Delay in ACH/Payroll Deduction Posting on March 1st:

Due to a processing error, the posting of ACH deposit transactions was delayed for March 1st. ACH transactions were posted to member accounts at 6:20 am EST on the morning of the 1st. Normally, the vast majority of ACH deposit transactions would be posted the prior evening by 8 or 9 pm EST.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the above issues. We are working with our processing vendor to identify the root cause of both issues to ensure that these problems do not occur again.
